Graded readers
Free libraries of A1–B2 books in English, Spanish and French, adapted from public-domain classics.
Read along

Tap a word to see its meaning in context, phrasal verbs and expressions included, and save it to your vocabulary.
Your own books

Where are my books?
Download a graded-reader library in Settings › Libraries, import a file with the + button, or let the app look in the folders you choose in Settings › Browse files.
There is no voice, or no word highlighting
The app uses your phone's text-to-speech engine. Install the voice for your language in Android's text-to-speech settings. Some engines don't report word timings; then the whole sentence is highlighted.
Translation doesn't work offline
Each language's translator (about 40 MB) is downloaded once from Google ML Kit. After that, translation works without a connection.
